Good health is depending on your exercise of essential organs in your body.

The heart

Function
The fist large muscle most important task is to provide your lunge with blood were it takes up oxygen, before the blood are sent back to the heart and gets pumped around in your body. Every heart beat make you capable to shake your hip, dance and build the biceps and triceps muscles.

High blood pressure is a clear sign that something is wrong with your heart. You should take a health check if you have someone in your family with hart problems, high blood pressure or cholesterol.

Permanent prevention: 20 – 30 solid daily training strengthens your heart. Training on a regular basis is the key to a healthy heart muscles, just as a healthy heart is important for your health.

Endurance training like for example swimming, jogging or sex, makes sure that your arteries stays open. It can also provoke the growth of new arteries (anastomosis). These arteries have a back up function for ordinary arteries under stress and tighten arteries.

Great foodstuff for a solid heart includes olive oil and carrots. It’s the combination of polyfenols and antioxidants in the olive oil that speeds up the blood circulation. The antioxidant beta-carotene (in carrots) reduces the level of C-reactive protein, which is a key factor behind heart diseases, inflammations and arthritis.


The testicles

Function
Produces sperm and the mannish sex hormone testosterone. Testosterone is responsible for building muscles, sexual instinct, mood, erectile function and hair growth. Al the worlds training will not help if the jewels are not in top shape. It’s not without a reason that it’s the symbol of the manhood.

There are many reasons for reduced testosterone level. The signs are: less sexual lust, depression, sloppiness, hair loss and muscle loss on the upper body.

Permanent prevention: the cause of less testosterone is either linked to the testicles or messages sent from the hypophysis. It’s normal that the level drops with the age, but it can be caused by sport injuries among younger men or be heritable. Avoid traps such as overweight, smoking and too much alcohol. A couple of handful walnut, peanuts (without salt) or almonds daily contributes to sustain the testosterone.

Porridge strengthens the sex lust since oat produces a chemical substance that releases more testosterone. Regularly training also contributes.
