Cardio Machine Cardio training

I think this is a pretty interesting question, so here goes. How many times a week do you do some kind of cardio training? ie running, fast walking, cycling etc..

I try to squeeze in 3-4 cardio sessions ever week myself.

I try to include 2-3 cardio sessions every week. I join Mona's spinning class or do some running on my own in the weekends In the summer months I also like to go on long rides with my bike.

I try to squeeze in AT LEAST 3 cardio sessions every week. If I don't get my weekly cardio dosage, I feel that my week hasn't been a success.

My current work schedule is very busy, so I only have time to focus on cardio two to three times a week, in addition to weight training.

My regular workout schedule includes 2 cardio workouts in a week. I sometimes skip one of the weight sessions and add some extra cardio, especially in the summer months when I prefer to do most of my exercising outdoors

Same here, tops twice a week. I've decided to make cardio training a bigger part of my regular workout when fall comes around though.

I have to admit that my cardio training has been almost equal to nonexistent. After the summer I'm going to try to squeeze in 2-3 cardio session every week.
