FR Concentration – the way to live in the present

Do you feel stressed, tired, divided and do you have bad conscience? Take it easy!

Almost everybody suffer from concentration problems, and you are probably wasting your resources. The worries from yesterday and the plans for tomorrow is taking our full attention. We simply can’t think of what we are doing in the present.

The meaning of living in the present is that we live in the time that is right now. But that means that most of us must learn how we do that and train ourselves to be at the same level mentally as physically.

Here are 7 suggestions for what you can do to live in the present:
  • Stop worrying – try to think that the future is now!
  • Concentrate about the present – the concentration is a training matter. The more we train, the better result
  • Say “I want to” instead of “I should” – like for example: cleaning, doing the laundry etc…
  • The content is the most important thing – plan what you want to do. The time doesn’t matter here
  • Plan small – but don’t try to plan more than one simple task at the time
  • Think positive – your partner experience the good signals and reacts by being positive
  • Do something positive – try to capture the feeling you get when you experience something positive

Stop worrying
That's probably the most important thing we all have to learn in life along with "what's done is done" or "you can't change the past"

Great ideas you've pointed out here Mona I like to look at it this way. If you're concentrated you're focused. If you're focused and work hard you will succeed.

Planning ahead also helps a lot if you want to reduce the levels of stress in your daily schedule.
