Biceps How to feel well?

What makes you feel good about yourself? What do you do to feel that you have accomplished something?

I have learned that eating healthy throughout the day makes me feel a lot better by the time I go to bed.

If I can pull off my daily workouts and eat my 6 daily meals I'm a happy camper

It's weird how we all need workouts and healthy diets to feel happy huh? hehe

Eating junk and play PS3 on the couch all day!

NOT!

Like Ron, I feel good about myself when I can push myself or my performances to new hights.

It also feels amazing when I've accomplished tasks that I've worked hard for over a long period of time, projects at work, injury recorvery etc.

Everything that has been said so far makes me feel good about myself too.

The most influential things on my self esteem are

1) reaching my personal goals
2) positive feedback from friends or collegues
3) a healthy diet.
