As you choose whether you're going to drink municipal tap water, or fine bottled water, consider that you are what you drink. Up to 60 percent of the human body is water. The brain is composed of 70 percent water. Blood is 82 percent water. And the lungs are nearly 90 percent water.

The best things you can do to prevent back pain are:

* Exercise often and keep your back muscles strong.

* Maintain a healthy weight or lose weight if you weigh too much. To have strong bones, you need to get enough calcium and vitamin D every day.

* Try to stand up straight and avoid heavy lifting when you can. If you do lift something heavy, bend your legs and keep your back straight.

* Your brain weighs about three pounds and all but 10 ounces of it is water. So, technically speaking, we're all water heads and no one is an airhead.

* If you stub your toe, it takes only 1/50th of a second for your brain to register the pain.

* We're all dim bulbs, because our brains use less power than 100-watt bulb.

Chewing on ice can cause gum injury, microscopic fractures in enamel (which can become larger fractures), and even broken teeth. It's especially bad for people who have braces or have just had dental work done. And for those with sensitive teeth, chewing ice will most likely worsen, rather than numb, the pain.

There are many reasons that a person might chew on ice. Some people just like having something to chew on. If you're one of those people, you might want to switch to sugarless gum. If it's crunch you crave, try carrot sticks, celery, or apples.

The desire to chew ice cubes may also be a symptom of iron-deficiency anemia or other physical or emotional conditions, such as nutritional deficiencies, stress, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or developmental disorders.
