Recipes 4 delicious smoothie recipes

Power smoothie

This is what you need: 3 decilitre yoghurt, 2 decilitre low fat milk, 2 decilitre frozen blackberries, 2 decilitre frozen raspberries and 2 baby spoons powdered sugar

Mix everything in a blender until smooth.
This smoothie is a perfect breakfast. Try it with cereals.

Peach -, banana – and strawberry smoothie

This is what you need: 1 banana, 2 peaches, 12 strawberries, 2 decilitre orange juice, 4 decilitre strawberry ice-cream and two decilitre milk

Mix everything in a blender until smooth.

Strawberry – kiwi smoothie

This is what you need: 250 gram strawberries, 3 decilitre fruit yoghurt with strawberry, 1 banana, 1 kiwi and 2 decilitre pineapple juice

Mix everything in a blender until smooth.

Mango surprise

This is what you need: 1 mango, 1 banana, 3 decilitre low fat milk, 5 ice cubes, 1 egg yolk and 2 table spoons cottage cheese

Mix everything in a blender until smooth.
This is a lovely smoothie with lots of proteins that body needs – especially after training

Here is another delicious smoothie, a grape-lemon-pinapple combo

1 cup grapes
1/4 skinless lemon
1/2 skinless pineapple

Place ingredients into a blender and liquify.
